So you think you can dance?

The Albany-based Nacre dance company will hold auditions for its 2010-11 season at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 8, at the Universal Preservation Hall.

Artistic Director Beth Fecteau is looking for trained modern or ballet dancers, male and female, ages 16 and older. Some paid positions are available.

Nacre is a performance organization dedicated to revitalizing historic choreography while opening the arena to emerging artists. Selected dancers will have the opportunity to perform original or inspired works by various modern dance choreographers.
